Literally the worst experience I ever had with PNC. If I could give them negative stars I would. After a long day of driving from home to New York on vacation, I decided to stop at this bank located because I never been to New York and I didn't know if I would see another PNC Bank again. Big mistake, we walked in and was greeted by weird stares. They proceed to ask me and my boyfriend to sit down and I gave my debit card and my ID to the clerk. She then proceed to look up my account and then pass my id and debit card to her manager as if I didn't see her. I didn't understand what was going on until 20 later. She proceed to ask me all these question about my account and started to lie and blame all the weird questions on the computer acting slow. She asked me my name, birthday, social security number, phone number, my address, what date I opened the card, what kind of account I had, how much money I had in the account and when's the last time I pulled out of my account, and do I usually pull money out of my account. She even had the audacity to ask me why I was coming inside to pull out money and not using the ATM. After asking all the questions correct her manger the proceed to login the computer and ask me the same question. She then asked me to sign the withdrawn slip again on the back. Which I thought was weird. Her manager then examined it and got out of her seat and said I don't think it her account and walked to the back with my information to examine it again. I was so shocked and angry. I couldn't believe she said that, like I'm trying to steal money from my own account. After examining my information from the back room she then comes back out and says she good. At this point I was so angry and couldn't believe this happen. They then proceed to say next time just take money out of the ATM and then come in and ask for change when I'm in a different area. But, I been with this bank for literally 4 years and travel all the time and I never encountered this type of experience. I felt like a criminal because I want to take out my OWN MONEY. Worst bank ever.
